As President of FASTEC, Korey oversees the company’s comprehensive business operations, drawing on over 21 years of experience that spans both hands-on field work and executive leadership. As a resident of the Las Vegas valley for over four decades, he has cultivated an impeccable reputation among General Contractors, business owners, and Fire Inspectors, becoming a trusted name in the Nevada community.

His professional credentials are as diverse as they are deep. He holds a degree in International Business Management and is fluent in Portuguese, providing him with a unique global perspective on local operations. Technically, he is among the industry’s elite, holding a NICET certification in water-based system design and maintaining both trade and management licensing for Fire Protection with the Nevada State Contractors Board.

He dedicates a significant portion of his time to the success of others, offering guidance to everyone from veteran inspectors to the newest apprentices. As a licensed Professional Engineer with over 17 years of experience, Kolby is the visionary behind FASTEC’s Electrical Department. Since founding the division, he has applied a profound depth of knowledge to every project, ensuring that our electrical services meet the highest standards of technical excellence. A proud UNLV alumnus with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Kolby also holds both Trade and Management licensing with the Nevada State Contractors Board, bridging the gap between high-level design and practical field application.

While his expertise covers all aspects of the trade, Kolby’s true passion lies in controls and automation. His impressive career includes specialized field experience in commissioning for industrial applications in the oil and natural gas sectors. Kaylie serves as our Nevada Offices Manager, bringing 14 years of dedicated management experience to the region. As a career-long leader, she utilizes her deep industry expertise to streamline operations, resolve complex concerns, and foster a high-performance culture.

Whether she is mentoring staff or troubleshooting logistical hurdles, her approach is rooted in finding proactive, sustainable solutions. With over 22 years of experience in the electrical industry, Fernando serves as the Senior Electrical Manager at FASTEC. His extensive background ranges from managing small tenant improvements to estimating and overseeing massive, million-square-foot multi-family facilities and hotel projects.

Since joining FASTEC, his exceptional technical skills and leadership have fueled a rapid ascent from Foreman to Supervisor, and ultimately to Senior Manager. Today, he oversees a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Southern Nevada. Known for possessing some of the strongest skills in the trade, Fernando is a vital asset in ensuring our electrical projects are executed with unmatched precision and expertise.

Oliver brings 14 years of experience in fire protection and management to our leadership team. Throughout his career, he has maintained a singular focus: ensuring that every person he works with is truly taken care of.

As a devoted baseball and football enthusiast, Oliver translates the passion and loyalty he has for his favorite teams into the service he provides. With over 18 years of experience in Fire Protection, Stephen is a seasoned expert known for managing high-scale projects across the West Coast, ranging from luxury hotels to massive multi-family developments exceeding 500,000 square feet.​

Before returning to his hometown of Las Vegas to join the FASTEC team, he served as an Arizona Branch Manager for a prominent national firm. Stephen brings a proven track record of delivering complex fire protection systems ahead of schedule and within budget. His deep technical expertise and history of leading large-scale crews ensure every project he touches is handled with precision.

Hailing from California, Zach brings years of specialized experience in the Fire Protection and Low Voltage industry. His deep-seated passion for the trade is evident in every project he touches; he truly loves the complexity and safety-critical nature of this field.
